Mend Health extends traditional, evidence based wound care into the comfort of a patients home. The bulk of wound care technology and remedies today that lead to healing & restoration can be conducted at the patients convenience in their home. As homebound care begins to emerge Mend Health has proven its model to heal wounds faster and create more happier and healthier days at home for patients.
Mend Health makes it incredibly easy for patients and other care providers to begin care. Mend Health clinicians will be in contact with patients within a day or two of a referral and have a visit scheduled.
